Favorite Swiss Recipes

Do you have some of your favorite Swiss recipes to share?  This new column is intended to pass on traditional and updated recipes that are favorites.  Please submit your recipes and a few comments about them.  It would help that they are sent in a PDF format or in a Word format (if possible) so they may be edited before being posted.  I would also like to note your name as the person who submitted the recipe.  Enjoy!
