Become a Social Member! 

The Aelpler Gruppe Swiss Club welcomes and encourages new members who are interested in Swiss culture and the activities of our Swiss Club. The Aelpler Gruppe offers a variety of events to appeal to a diverse membership. Most activities are held at the Swiss Park in Newark, CA for the enjoyment of our members and friends and to further the Swiss heritage through music, sports and other activities.

Join the Aelpler Gruppe Swiss Club! Your Annual $40 social membership entitles you to:

  • Special member invitations to yearly events (Schwingfest, Fondue Night, Metzgete, etc.). 
  • Christmas Party (including dinner and gifts to children)– Free to Social Members 
  • Subscription to newsletter

     

It’s fun to volunteer 

Get to know fellow club members and volunteer to help at an event.  This is the best way to become acquainted with other members. 

There are two ways to fill out the Social Membership Application

  1. Download and mail your completed application.
  2. Use the online form and complete your application using PayPal.

    All Swiss Club Board members volunteer and need your help at events throughout the year. Below is list of events. Volunteers will receive information prior to the events regarding set-up and meal serving times.
